Supplier Diversity

AEG Supplier Diversity proactively promotes the creation of meaningful partnerships between AEG and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs).

AEG recognizes MBE and WBE certification from third party certifying organizations including but not limited to:

  • National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)
  • Women's Business Enterprise Council (WBENC)
  • Various local, state, and federal certifying agencies.

Partnership and Outreach

AEG's Global Diversity & Inclusion Team works to encourage the utilization and development of diverse suppliers in our procurement processes. We collaborate with chambers of commerce and business associations to help us identify qualified, competitive suppliers through trade shows, match making events, and other networking opportunities. Some of the organizations that AEG is proud to partner with include:

  • National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)
  • Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and its Regional Councils

In 2012 AEG published its very first Diversity & Inclusion Report. The report documents the company's commitments and successes related to the AEG 1FORCE Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. This report includes employee profiles, venue case studies, and company ethnicity and gender statistics from AEG North American companies and venues.
