Bonus Arena

Bonus Arena

Bonus Arena is a state-of-the-art, music and events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people that allows the city to attract large corporate conferences, exhibitions and trade events as well as major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family shows and sporting events. Plans for Hull include the building of the new arena alongside the rebuilding of Osborne Street car park and additional public spaces in what was a derelict site on Myton Street behind Princes Quay shopping centre. The venue has the flexibility to reduce to a 2,500 all-seated capacity and a 1,400m2 exhibition space plus 800 capacity conference auditorium. Since its opening in August 2018 the venue has welcomed a number of high profile music, comedy and sporting events including Van Morrison, the Courteeners, Westlife, Boyzone, George Ezra, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Sean Paul, James Acaster, Profession Brian Cox, Diversity, Jimmy Carr, Richard Ashcroft, The Harlem Globetrotters and Strictly Come Dancing.
