Regal L.A. LIVE & 4DX will re-open all the chain’s flagship theater’s 14 screens with the much-anticipated release of Legendary Entertainment’s Godzilla vs. Kong from WB on Friday, April 2. Newly released films including The Unholy, Tom & Jerry and Minari (nominated for 6 Academy Awards) will headline the theater’s reopening along with a strong slate of highly anticipated movies opening in the coming weeks including Mortal Kombat, A Quiet Place Part II and Top Gun: Maverick.

The theater’s reopening plans include a wide range of health and safety measures that adhere to the CinemaSafe protocol and guidelines developed and supported by leading epidemiologists to support a safe return to movie theaters. Commissioned by the National Association of Theatre Owners, CinemaSafe is a historic alliance of over 435 companies representing over 3,200 locations and 33,250 screens nationwide who came together to commit to implementing expert-backed, industry-specific health and safety protocols which put the health and safety of guests and employees at the center of movie theater operations across the country.

A demonstration of many of the newly developed and introduced health and safety measures in use at the Regal L.A. LIVE & 4DX location for the media can be arranged for Friday by appointment.
