Cultivating a Culture of Belonging

Our Employee Network Groups (ENG's) bring team members from across the company together and connect them with one another based on shared backgrounds, passions, and social identities. Membership in the ENGs offer employees opportunities to network with peers, acquire new skills, and support AEG's outreach and mentoring programs, while also feeling part of a larger community.
