Job Summary:
AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The Stage AE Intern will directly support the Assistant General Manager and Marketing team. This role is best suited for an individual interested in a career in live music entertainment where they would understand the components of venue operations and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- During the internship, interns will rotate among several departments. Participating departments include Sponsorships, Marketing, Production, and Venue Operations.
- Assist with show tasks
- Assist with marketing budgets and plans
- Set up promotion tables and assist with activations at shows
- General marketing and administrative support
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and cultivate relationships
- Team players who are enthusiastic and committed to the work
- Demonstrates a strong interest in the music industry and music business
- Fluent in Microsoft Office/Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the Summer.
