Job Responsibilities
- Work with internal departments, artist managers, agents, fan clubs, VIP companies and other partners to gather ticketing build information for general admission events ranging in capacity from 500-1500 attendees.
- Build and manage event in ticketing system to ensure deadlines for presales and onsales are met.
- Process ticket orders for artist management, record label, internal buys, sponsor, marketing and more.
- Manage box office operation and management for assigned events, including preparing ticketing seller banks, will call, coordinating with fan clubs on box office needs, end of night reporting, etc.
- Oversee the creation of marketing promotions by building offers and creating series links.
- Maintain the scheduling and maintenance of automated reports.
- Processes internal buys, marketing comps, sponsor, consignment, and other tickets as needed.
- Other ticketing related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 2-4 years Box Office experience is required
- Experience working with ticketing agencies and box offices
- Experience in building ticketed events using ticketing software such as AXS
- Familiarity of basic math, accounting and budgeting principals
- Familiarity with AXS, Ticketmaster and other ticketing platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Professional
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain calm in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and ticketing inventory management
- Knowledge of music industry preferred
Payscale: $53,060.22- $65,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
