Job Summary

Leads the sales process for high-value sponsorship opportunities, including media, experiential, and VIP hospitality packages, across designated event properties and locations.

Manage and advice team on how to identify, cultivate, and build relationships with senior marketing executives and key decision-makers at targeted brands.

Counsel team on how to develop compelling presentations and pitches that leverage creative concepts, data-driven insights, and the latest market trends to drive client engagement. Manage budget related to sales materials.

Advice how to address client concerns and objections with strategic problem-solving skills to close deals efficiently. Work closely with legal teams to draft and finalize deal terms, ensuring agreements align with AEG’s standards and client expectations.

Manage negotiations and renegotiations of sponsorship agreements, optimizing deal points for renewals and long-term sponsorship deals.

Monitor and report progress against revenue goals, using CRM tools and analytics to inform strategy adjustments and keep sales leadership informed of key developments.

Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Proven expertise in identifying market opportunities, developing innovative strategies, and negotiating complex, high-value deals.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of engaging senior level stakeholders effectively.

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Ability to align and coordinate cross-functional teams from various AEG business units to achieve partnership objectives.

Recognized within the industry for professionalism, strategic insight, and a strong network of relationships with major brands and agencies.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and other business tools.

Deep knowledge of the music and entertainment landscape, with a robust sales acumen and the ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.

Established reputation with a successful track record of securing significant investments from Fortune 500 companies and building long-term, impactful partnerships.
Payscale: $140,000-$175,000
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
