Position Summary:
The Premium Concierge is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience in premium areas at Dignity Health Sports Park.
Essential Functions:
- Complete setup and breakdown of all Premium Season Ticket Member areas including Suites, Cabanas, Platinum Seats, Stadium Club, Champions Lounge, Tunnel Club, The Deck, Valet and Premium Concierge reception
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests to the venue, being knowledgeable of venue layout and policies, and escorting first-time guests
- Monitor admission in Premium Season Ticket Member areas by checking for appropriate ticket, wristband and/or credential access
- Develop and uphold a friendly rapport with Premium Season Ticket Members. Demonstrate recognition by name and ticket location
- Act as first point of contact regarding client issues, escalating to supervisor when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
- A minimum of 0- years of related work experience preferably in the sports/entertainment venue environment
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand consistently for a minimum of 8 hours and withstand various weather elements such as high temperatures and rain
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and the ability to conduct all interactions in a positive and professional manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Pay Scale: $17.28
