IG Arena

Expected to open in the summer of 2025, this new-build arena seats up to 17,500 and features a sub-Arena with the capacity to seat 1,500 guests. Located in the Aichi Prefecture, this architecturally pleasing stadium is the result of a consortium-led effort that includes Maeda (construction), NTT Docomo (telecom), and AEG. The project broke ground on December 18, 2020, near the current Aichi Arena inside the outer citadel of the Nagoya Castle, which was completed in 1964 and remains one of Aichi’s most iconic live entertainment venues.
