CJ LiveCity Arena

Korea’s first and largest scale arena dedicated to K-pop will be opening in early 2025. The CJ LiveCity Arena is part of a $2 billion project that includes a K-culture entertainment district. The arena is designed for mega-scale concerts with 20,000 indoor seats and room for 40,000 outdoor. Construction began in February 2022 and AEG is participating in a joint venture with CJ to lease the arena for a minimum 20-year term.
