Erin Zinser Named to Sports Business Journal's Game Changers Class of 2026

Congratulations to Erin Zinser, Senior Vice President, AXS Sponsorship Sales & Activation, AEG Global Partnerships, on being named to Sports Business Journal's Game Changers Class of 2026, one of the sports industry's most respected recognitions for women leaders making an impact across the business.

The annual Game Changers program recognizes women who are driving innovation, delivering results, and helping shape the future of sports business through their leadership and influence. This year, the program expanded to 60 honorees and, for the first time, includes women from around the globe, underscoring its growing international reach and impact.

In her role at AEG, Erin oversees sponsorship sales and activation for AXS, helping brands connect with fans through live sports, music, festivals, and entertainment experiences. Working across AEG's portfolio of assets, she has helped create integrated partnership programs that deliver value for sponsors while enhancing fan engagement and supporting business growth. Beyond AXS, Erin also leads activation for several of AEG's most prominent global partner accounts - including American Express, Marriott, and Allergan - extending her impact across AEG's venues, sports teams, and music assets, among other holdings in the Global Partnerships portfolio.

Known for her strategic mindset, collaborative leadership style and deep expertise in sponsorship and brand partnerships, Erin has played an important role in the continued evolution of the AXS sponsorship business. Her work has helped brands engage audiences in meaningful ways through some of the world's most compelling live events and experiences.
