SOCIAL IMPACT

At AEG, we embrace our responsibility to enrich the lives of people in the communities where we operate, and to use business to create a better tomorrow for all. We actively encourage employee volunteerism and support organizations and initiatives that give children and youth in underserved communities access to education, the arts, and health and wellness programs.

Through AEG Futures, we are providing underrepresented high school and college students with educational opportunities in sports and live events. Students learn about potential careers from industry professionals through direct observation, hands on activities, speed mentoring, and panel sessions. We also offer college students internship opportunities to help boost their employability.

For us, genuine engagement means getting our hands dirty and getting our employees involved. Whether it’s mentoring children, beautifying a school, or opening our doors to the community, we've seen it, we've done it, and we continue to do it.

A Decade of Philanthropy
Over the past 10 years, AEG foundations and programs contributed over $120 million in direct financial and in-kind support of charitable, community and civic programs that focus on children and youth in the areas of education, the arts, and health and wellness.

Through the AEG Community Foundation, we use the power of sports, music and creativity to empower and inspire youth from underrepresented communities. The Foundation considers grant proposals from solicited regional and national non-profit organizations.
